Silver Lake, British Columbia.

Today Diane and I rode to Silver Lake, it's about 20 minutes from Hope, British Columbia. After turning off the #1 Highway the lake is only six kilometers away, but four of that is not paved. It's a combination of gravel, dirt, hard pack, and pieces of pavement before a couple of bridges. (I generally try to avoid road conditions like this) The Silver River runs along side portions of the road and at one point there was a waterfall rushing into it.
When we arrived at Silver Lake Provincial Park the view was both beautiful and peaceful.
