VROD radiator and oil cooler cleaning

The amount of debris in the fins of the radiator and oil cooler is amazing, not just this bike but any of the Vrods I've had. Tiny rocks, pieces of glass, pine needles, twigs and lots of bug parts...
Tool of choice: That pin with the purple head in the picture.
The biggest reason for spending a few hours picking clean each fin is to prevent one of those ting rocks burrowing a hole in the rad or oil cooler. I guess one could say improved airflow could be gained as well.
